    I've always heard pineapple enzymes are good for you so I wanted to give this a try. Bromelain is said to be a digestive enzyme that helps with digestion and breaking down food into smaller components for better nutrient absorption. This one in particular says it's high potency so you can take this 1 to 3 times a day, once each time. Maybe it's dependent on the number of meals you have and/or how big they may be. It comes with 180 capsules so how long it lasts you will entirely depend on how many times you take it a day or if you even take this everyday. Easy to swallow capsules, made in Canada which is a plus. Will probably need to take this for a longer term to see its effectiveness but so far no side effects and I feel okay with it.
