Supplements are a hard one to review. It seems quality, nothing is off about it. I feel like it's helping my digestion just the same as my other bromelian supplement, but without testing I'm not sure how one actually tells. Only thing i can assure is i have not noticed any side effects from it, so that's always good!

- Bromelain is a natural enzyme supplement derived from pineapple. This product provides 600 mg with each capsule, which is a bit stronger than most other brands I've used in the past which are normally 500 mg. Interestingly, the label also lists the contents as 21,600,000 FCC PU, which apparently is a unit of potency standardized by the Food Chemicals Codex called Papain Units. I only take one a day, and the bottle contains a generous supply of 180 capsules, so they should last me a whole 6 months which is nice.- I didn't have any trouble swallowing the medium-large sized capsules. I also didn't notice any aftertaste (though if it was pineapple, who would mind?) and I didn't have any negative side effects. So I'm happy with them.- The NPN number listed on the bottle is 80129007, which is important to check for. Seems to work just like they should, and there's enough in one bottle to last for 60 days at the max recommended dosage.

This review is for Herba Stress Sleep Relief, a unique blend of Ashwaganda Extract, Rhodiola Extract, Reishi extract and L-Theanine. I’ve taken these ingredients before but not as a combined supplement. Ashwaganda and Rhodiola are both adaptogens. Ashwaganda is supposed to be good for calming and relaxing. Rhodiola is supposed to be stimulating. L-theanine is a substance found in tea.What is curious about the directions on the container is that tells you not to take it at bedtime. The container does have a NPN and is a product of Canada. I sleep very well using these ingredients. No adverse issues.

Great Vision Care Supplement with Eye Vitamins, really helps for my eyes.

I am prone to anxiety and I stress over everything pretty much, so I take supplements to help myself.This is something that I try for the first time, although I took all of the extracts included here, in one form or another, in the past.The supplement is a great combo of ashwagandha, rodheola Rosea , Ltheanine and Reishi mushroom extracts, and each of these I tried before in their own, but not together.I have tried taking this supplement at night and it did calm me down and I got a good night sleep, although the effect was not as strong or fast as I was looking for. I also tried taking it in the morning and this is my favourite way, as it makes the day pass easier, and I feel more calm and more positive, somehow.The supplement is quality assured as it third party tasted and it has a valid NPN and in addition it is made in Canada, so I like it very much. I also like it that it reduces the eee to swallow to many pills, as here for different extracts are put together. I would order this again.Thank you

I’m pretty happy seeing the combination of ashwagandha with rhodiola extract and the L-t. It’s been suggested by a naturopath to take this combination previously and that always came in multiple capsules. I appreciate the meaning behind the safety logos, knowing this process is being regulated. I think the value is pretty good, although I do wish the ashwagandha was a little higher potency so I could take less caps at a time.

I have no prior experience with Ashwagandha, but as this is a Canadian product that does have a valid NHN, I thought I would give it a try, as I have had issues with sleeping lately.The security seals were all intact, and upon opening it I could smell a familiar scent that after a few moments I recognized as the smell of raisins. Sweet, and only slightly herbal. The capsules themselves are an easy to swallow size, and you only require one per use.I have only taken this at night, and my sleep is much more sound...and as that's what I was looking for, I'm quite happy about that!

I personally only take one per day which would make this product last around half a year.Overall, a good quality product at a decent price.
