    Taste was ok but it helped

    This spray is something I pull out when I start feeling a sore throat. I tend to use honey to tea to soothe my throat, and this spray works wonders the same way. The taste is not my favourite but it's definitely worth it. It soothed my throat pretty quickly.

    I don't like the taste, but it works! Soothes my dry, itchy throat.

    I have used bee propolis as a nasal spray and really liked how it cleared out and soothed my nose. Even then it would run down the back of my throat and I could taste it. I didn't like the taste, but tolerated it.I thought maybe with this one it would taste better. Not really. I can tolerate it because it works.It really works. I haven't had any illnesses, but I am on a med that leaves my throat always itchy and dry. This soothes it right away. I don't feel the need to cough as much.It is a bit pricey but if you constantly struggle with a dry, itchy, irritated throat for any reason, I think it will help. I'd get this again.

    Taste was pretty bad, but soothed my sore throat almost immediately!

    This was my first time trying bee propolis. I've heard lots of good things about it.WIth the changing in temperature and the days and nights filled with dry air, my throat was starting to feel a little sore and weird. I got my chance to try this. I followed the dosage recommendations which are 4 sprays. As others have mentioned, this is NOT a spray. It is more of a little jet stream. I would highly suggest you try to aim this stream to the back of your mouth, passing over the tongue because this stuff doesn't taste the best. It tastes like a highly concentrated honey mixed with a weird diluted alcohol kind of flavour. I know they state that this DOES NOT contain alcohol, but I cannot describe the taste of this any other way.After just the first time trying it, my throat did feel a lot better!!! I honestly don't know if this stuff truly is magic or what, but it works. I just wish it tasted better.I guess there is truth in, "if it tastes bad, it must be good for you". Lol!Definitely a must-have in your medicine cabinet, all year-round. Excellent for fall/winter during flu and cold season, as well as spring during allergy season.
