    It's a supplement

    Supplements are a hard one to review. It seems quality, nothing is off about it. I feel like it's helping my digestion just the same as my other bromelian supplement, but without testing I'm not sure how one actually tells. Only thing i can assure is i have not noticed any side effects from it, so that's always good!

    - Bromelain is a natural enzyme supplement derived from pineapple. This product provides 600 mg with each capsule, which is a bit stronger than most other brands I've used in the past which are normally 500 mg. Interestingly, the label also lists the contents as 21,600,000 FCC PU, which apparently is a unit of potency standardized by the Food Chemicals Codex called Papain Units. I only take one a day, and the bottle contains a generous supply of 180 capsules, so they should last me a whole 6 months which is nice.- I didn't have any trouble swallowing the medium-large sized capsules. I also didn't notice any aftertaste (though if it was pineapple, who would mind?) and I didn't have any negative side effects. So I'm happy with them.- The NPN number listed on the bottle is 80129007, which is important to check for. Coupon = $35.99NPN# 80129007Expiry date was March of 2027 which gives these capsules an almost 3 year shelf life.This plastic bottle came with a clear plastic seal over the cap and a good protective seal underneath.Each vegetarian capsule is 600mg and is in capsule size "00" which is slightly bigger than other bromelain capsules I've had that are 500mg and are in size "0"The capsules look to be of good quality and is recommended to take between one and three capsules per day. I personally only take one per day which would make this product last around half a year.Overall, a good quality product at a decent price.
