Easy to swallow

Easy to swallow, I like the natural ingredients and I saw improvement after two weeks of taking 2 pills per day.

So far so good

These things often take a while to work. I just started so I can't tell you a lot. This supplement has passed the first test it hasn't upset my stomach or made me feel bad in any way. That's always a good sign. I have used this brand before and it's always been quality product. Check the date, if weeks have gone by and you don't hear anything else here from me, well the product worked as expected! If not I'll be back here to add more information. Having said that I've used other products that contain some of the same ingredients that proved helpful. Not anticipating any issues.

It's a supplement

I ordered these supplements hoping to get some relief from my hemorrhoids. The bottle contains 90 capsules, which is enough for a month if you take three per day as recommended. The ingredients are all natural and include Collinsonia, Diosmin, Hesperidin, Horse Chestnut, Witch Hazel, and Psyllium. These are supposed to help with inflammation, blood circulation, and bowel movements.I took the supplements as directed for four weeks. I did not experience any side effects or adverse reactions while taking them. However, I also did not notice any significant improvement in my condition. I don't know if the supplements worked or if my hemorrhoids just went away on their own.

A natural blend of herbs

The supplements come in a clear vegetable capsule and they were very easy to swallow. I found the taste light but almost seafood like, the closest I could describe it, is that it had a hint of dulse (seaweed), not bad but a detectable taste.The formulation is a blend of several different herbs including witch hazel which is used for swelling and itching, another one of the other ingredients is psyllium which can act as fiber. The other herbs are not familiar to me. They recommend you take one capsule, 3 times per day.According to the bottle the ingredients are 3rd party tested and based on the expiry date on my bottle, it appears they have a 3 year shelf life.I can not speak for all the symptoms, but I have noticed less irritation and itchy skin over the past several days. It is very subjective, but I do think they are helping to some extent.

This bottle has a 30 day supply and you are supposed to take 1 pill 3 times a day. I'll be honest.. that's challenging for me. During the day I don't have time and I forget, so most days I only take 1 or 2 with breakfast and/or dinner. I think if I were to commit and take it 3 times a day consistently, I'd see better results. Either way, I would still recommend these. I like that they are made in Canada and their list of ingredients is impressive.
