So far, so good!I can't say with 100% certainty how effective this actually is, but what I can say is that since I've been using this daily, I noticed a nice improvement in my fatigue levels, as well as some muscle strength and alertness. Not sure if there's a beneficial effect on T levels for men, because I have no way to measure that , but from the other effects I'm noticing these are great!They're not really that big, and they go down really easy. They also don't leave any aftertaste and don't smell like chemicals.Overall these have been awesome! Pretty much fully integrated this into my daily routine.Highly recommend!

My purchase was ok and great. The problem was the driver just threw the package on the front steps when my instructions were clear. Side door knock on door hard. That the only complaint.
