    Made in Canada and has an NPN number. After investigating the benefits of anthocyanin, decided to give this a try. Anthocyanins are a type of flavonoid, a class of compounds with antioxidant effects that are found naturally in a number of foods that have red, purple, and blue pigments, in this product, cranberries. Besides acting as an antioxidants it may have additional benefits liked fighting free radicals, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-cancer properties. I am a senior with arthritis and did not notice in changes in reducing inflammation or joint pain after taking this for one month. A longer duration of use may be required to see any benefits and had to return to other supplements and tropical rubs that provided some relief previously. I do not like mixing too many supplements at one time since that does not give true picture of effectiveness. Results will vary with individuals and their health situation. Each capsule is small and easy to swallow. As with taking any supplements, consult with medical practitioner to ensure does not interfere with other medications or health concerns.

They also have plenty of fiber, vitamin C, Vitamin E, potassium, folate, and manganese. When not available in a fresh format, these Herba Super Aronia 30x are a good substitute.Each capsule is small and easy to swallow. I like that they are manufactured in Canada and have an NPN number so it has been checked by Health Canada for safety and efficacy. I take two capsules a day so the bottle should last me for about 2 months, making it a good value. Overall, this is a high-quality Aronia berry supplement for a reasonable price. Full marks from me!
