    Surprisingly not tart at all.

    I add it to my plain yogurt with a little added fruit. I'm happy with the flavor but have no idea if the health benefits are working; I am update in a decade or two 😉.

    We use this product as a natural health supplement. I put it in my daughter's smoothies and she really enjoys the flavour. The can is a bit smaller than I had originally thought, but it only requires a small amount so it lasts quite a long time.

    Best sleep aid for gout relief

    I bought this and mix it with my GABA purchase every night and I think this is probably the first time in my life that I have reached a slow wave sleep. I am sold on it as it really reduces my gout pain during the night and through the day after about a month of use. I also noticed that my A1C is down by 1 mmol/L. The outcome of this mix is pleasing me - better sleep, better cognitive ability, better A1C and reduced gout.
