These are easy to swallow magnesium l-threonate supplement pills which indicate that they deliver biologically available magnesium an essential mineral. The recommended doseage is one pill three times a day. The bottle thus represents a 30 day supply. I admit that I am not quite certain which particular form of magnesium is the best form to take with different medical practitioners giving me different answers. I guess the best you can do is try the different forms and decide which is the best for you. I like these pills.

I am always open to try new magnesium products because of this necessary routine. It is always good to have and know your options if your regular brand is not available. Likewise, you may find a brand that you like better than your normal ones.These soft gel capsules are easy to swallow even though they are approximately the size of most tablets and compressed powder capsules on the market. This is good, as one daily dose of this brand of magnesium requires you to take three gel caps. If you have trouble swallowing pills, please keep this in mind.Unfortunately, for me, the size of the dosing of this supplement caused a little bit of juggling of my other medications. I suppose if you are not taking any other medications, you can break your three magnesium capsules up over your three meals during the day. For me, I have only one time during the day that I can take vitamin and mineral supplements so that they do not interfere with my other medications. This means that I had to take all three magnesium capsules at once during my lunch. It is not overly convenient to carry this size of dosage with me during the day, along with my other supplements. My normal magnesium supplement only requires one, compressed powder capsule a day.Magnesium supplements can cause lower GI track upset. I am pleased to say that this supplement did not cause any issues for me, even taking all three daily capsules at once. This was a pleasant surprise. Even now, after years of taking daily magnesium, I will come across a brand that will cause immense GI issues, cramping, and bloating.Lastly, the price is a little of concern for me. I do recognize that Value for Money is personal, however, for me, I find $44.97 for a month's supply of magnesium to be steep. As of the time of this review, there are a couple of coupon and subscription order options that drop the monthly price point to a more competitive level to other, similar supplements. Others may not have an issue with paying the full price either, so I am just going to leave that there.I will recommend this product on presumed quality, potency, easy-to-swallow gel cap, vegan friendly, easy on the GI track, and the ability to break up the dosage over the day. Sadly, for me, it is not a convenient supplement but it is good to know that it is there should I need it.In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.
